The Culture Coach Collective exists to further the mission of cultivating human-centric cultures that can balance people, profit, and planet.
It was born out of the desire to open up the spirit of Culture Coaching to anyone who aligns with our mission and values, and have intentionally fuzzy-lines between who is in and out of the community.
If we are to truly transform our organisations into people positive environments where everyone is empowered to do their best work, we need to work together. This transformation will not happen overnight. We will need to collectively chip away at bureaucratic and ineffective structures over many moons to make any meaningful progress.

This collective is a safe space for people to be refreshed, refueled, and re-energised to be the positive change agents in their sphere of influence and present a better way of doing business.

The collective is loosely distinguished by 3 spheres:

Core - Dedicated Culture Coaches
​
This is for the people that have committed to Culture Coaching as their primary role. The core team is responsible for operating and growing the company, producing content for the community, and supporting community members though 1:1 messaging, coaching, advice etc.

Contributors - Active community members
​
This sphere is for active community members that believe in the Culture Coaching mission and employing Culture Coaching in some capacity while performing another primary role. The contributors have access to the core team as well as the opportunity to contribute through blog posts and templates etc.

3. Community - Curious content consumers
​
The wider community consists of anyone that is curious about Culture Coaching and consumes content to learn more about what we do. The community has access to the Culture Coaches through our public forums and is encouraged to engage with us and other community members.
