Leadership at all Levels
The antidote to the belief that leadership is just a formal role designed to manage others (leader/follower) is to create a leader/leader model, where leadership is cultivated at all levels.​

The leader/leader model starts with fixing the environment, not the people. This enables everyone to think and make decisions in their domain, focussing energy on achieving outstanding outcomes over avoiding errors.

Leadership Culture
Together we will define what great leadership looks like in your context from mindset, to behaviours, to practices, creating clarity for leaders at all levels of the organisation to aspire to.

Once we have defined what great leadership looks like, we can explore and evaluate the existing management practices in the organisation, and identify areas that conflict or work against leadership qualities.

For any existing managament practices that contradict the culture you want to create, we will work together to deconstruct the components that no longer serve the organisation, and reconstruct the components you need to align with the culture and environment you want to cultivate.

My role as a Leadership Coach is to first help you discover what great leadership looks like in your context.

Next we will work out which leadership models, frameworks, and ideas will help to cultivate the leaders you want to see in the organisation.

Once our direction and approach are clear, we will work with teams to provide the support, training, and coaching to enable them to thrive.
